Inclusive Reach, formerly known as KDS, is a community‑based agency serving Los Angeles County with a specialized focus on forensic‑informed Adaptive Skills Training for judicially‑involved adults with developmental disabilities. Our work is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to build independence, stability, and meaningful participation in their community, regardless of past legal involvement or the complexity of their support needs.
We provide structured 1 : 1 training that strengthens daily living abilities, emotional regulation, decision‑making, and community safety awareness. Our approach integrates forensic‑informed practices that recognize the unique risks, histories, and behavioral patterns associated with justice involvement, ensuring that each consumer receives support that is clinically sound, legally relevant, and aligned with court expectations, probation requirements, and community safety standards.
Our team delivers services in natural environments to help consumers learn, apply, and maintain skills that promote lawful behavior, reduce vulnerability, and increase autonomy. We emphasize dignity, informed choice, and trauma‑aware engagement, ensuring that every interaction reinforces stability, accountability, and personal growth. Through consistent coaching, modeling, and guided practice, we help individuals build the adaptive skills needed to navigate daily life safely and successfully.

Regina Jones is the Co‑Founder and a Principal Architect of Inclusive Reach, an organization creating equitable, compassionate pathways for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and justice‑system involvement. Her commitment began in childhood, growing up in a home where her mother fostered children with developmental disabilities for more than 25 years.
Her leadership is also shaped by her lived experience as a young adult sentenced under harsh drug laws. After serving 17 years, Regina transformed that experience into purpose—designing programs that close service gaps, strengthen independence, and reduce system involvement. Through Inclusive Reach, she blends lived insight, professional training, and a deep commitment to justice to uplift individuals and communities.
